Cave Paintings!

To start our inquiry topic about communication technology we looked at how cave men communicated through cave paintings.

We came up with some great ideas for how to use natural elements in our paintings. We also used brown and red paint (clay and mud substitutes) and charcoal pencils.

Most of us loved getting our hands dirty with the paint!!

Maths Board Games

We used our maths knowledge to make board games. Each board game needed to pose questions for children to answer about different aspects of maths knowledge. We enjoyed being able to create a track and ways to keep the game exciting.

Homework

Jonty chose one of our homework tasks to make up your own theme park ride. There was a great variety of ideas and some amazing rides created. Jonty made a model of his ride, take a look!

The Tempest

This term we have been working very hard on our production. Every one had a role. If you weren't performing or singing, you had the job of doing artwork and making props. If was a mammoth effort and one we are very proud of!
