Pinhole Cameras

On Friday we made pinhole cameras. We use a paper cup, a rubber band and some wax paper. When we put it up to a light source, we could see the image upside down on the wax paper, just like how our eyes see!!
Mrs Corbett couldn't believe it worked! We then looked up on google how they work. Light travels in straight lines so when it passes through the pinhole it reflects on the wax paper upside down. It doesn't bend or flip itself over!
We had a great time :-)

We enjoy our different I-Site magazines that come each month. This months topic is the skin and has a huge amount of information for us to read and questions to answer. The magazine is full of interesting graphics as well as facts.
